Custom Fabricated Mobile Bottle Holder with removeable Push/Pull Handle, Swiverl and Adjustable Tubing Support/Organizer and 4" Swivel/Lock Casters

Custom 15 Gal/50 Liter Process Vessel, Autoclavable, with bolt on cover, EPDM O-ring, machined O-ring groove, welded Sanitary Ferrules for pH Probe, Conductivity Probe and Drain.  Flat bottom design incorporates a spinner bar mixer.  Permanent Lot# and Mfg Date graphic are standard practice at NMS.

 

A need for an additional access port on a polypropylene closed-dome bio tank was fulfilled by thermo welding a male threaded neck with a screw cap. Non-Metallic Solutions can be this simple and convenient.

This Custom Fabricated 1,000 Liter Mobile Bag Tote with 8" Dia. Quarter Turn Bag Access Port, 6" casters and removable slide gate for access has encapsulated steel girths for structural integrity.

The 150 Gallon Polypropylene Pure Solutions Tank is FDA and USP Class VI compliant, Steam Cleanable, Autoclavable and capable of continuous temperature up to 200 degrees F.  The 4 legged pedestal provides 10" elevation, but overal height is just 68".

Custom Static Mixer Housing with ¾" Sanitary Ferrules welded to ends, used on a Continuous Countercurrent Tangential Chromatography System.

This 250 Gallon Polypropylene Pure Solutions Tank holds temperature sensitive liquids.  The Blue Body Wrap shown is insulation faced on the outside with a tough FR reinforced vinyl, customized with cut outs for plumbing connections.

NMS custom fabricated polypropylene funnel.  A 169mm x 279mm funnel fusion welded to 2" PP USP Class VI pipe with a 3" PP USP Class VI sanitary tri-clamp.

2L PP Hose Barb x Dip Tube Assembly

NMS custom fabricated dip tube assembly for a 2L polypropylene heavy duty bottle.  Two (2) custom machined 3mm hose barbs x pipe with bends acting as inlet/outlet, one (1) custom machined 6mm hose barb x pipe supporting ventilation, all welded on a USP Class VI polypropylene 2" end cap.  The 2L carboy was relieved of the screw cap and received an aseptically fusion welded 2" sanitary ferrule.
