2L PP Hose Barb x Dip Tube Assembly

NMS custom fabricated dip tube assembly for a 2L polypropylene heavy duty bottle.  Two (2) custom machined 3mm hose barbs x pipe with bends acting as inlet/outlet, one (1) custom machined 6mm hose barb x pipe supporting ventilation, all welded on a USP Class VI polypropylene 2" end cap.  The 2L carboy was relieved of the screw cap and received an aseptically fusion welded 2" sanitary ferrule.

NMS custom fabricated 4 port USP Class VI polypropylene dip tube.  Mini TC x 90° bend with ¾" pipe extended 11¾" below a 4" end cap.

• ¾" TC's x 10mm pipe with bends, 6mm hose barb with bend & 3mm hose barb with bend
