6' x 3' x 3' Polypropylene Soak Tank

NMS custom fabricated 6' x 3' x 3' polypropylene soak tank.  Sloped bottom (corner to corner) with a 1.5" sanitary ferrule providing complete drainage.  A four-panel lid system allows for user access as needed & push/pull handles incorporated into the top girth.

2011 ISPE - Boston Product Show Recap

Thank you to everyone that stopped by the Non-Metallic Solutions, Inc. booth yesterday at the 20th Annual ISPE Boston Product Show at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA.  We are always honored & grateful to participate in this local event, which includes the brightest people & the best products in the bio-pharmaceutical industry.  Once again Sam Fisher of Leading Innovative Products & Solutions, Inc. created a exhibition synergy that is 2nd to none.  The area we shared with Advanced Scientifics, ILC Dover, Aquasyn & PendoTECH aligned all 6 companies into one strategic network group that covered the spectrum of bio-pharmaceutical process components.  This alliance will continue to grow in the future!

2011 ISPE - Boston Product Show

Non-Metallic Solutions, Inc. is set up & ready to go today at the 2011 ISPE Boston Product Show in Gillette Stadium - Foxboro, MA.  NMS is located at Booth #263 & we brought a lot of new, innovative, custom fabricated products & parts to share with you.  Bill & Joe will have answers to all of your non-metallic questions & inquiries.  Doors open at noon.

50L PP Bag Transport Tote

NMS custom fabricated 50 liter bladder bag transport tote.  ½" natural polypropylene constructed box on ¾" base with supporting gussets.  Push/pull handle on top with four (4) 3" stainless steel, pharma-grade, all-swivel casters, two with tech-lock brakes.  This particular tote is in it's 2nd generation, built for Leading Innovating Products & Solutions, Inc. (LPS).

Polypropylene Soak Tanks

NMS custom fabricated sodium hydroxide soak tank. Double sloped bottom without partition, complete drainage using 1½" sanitary fitting on each end.  24" long x 18" wide x 16" tall on 3" polyurethane pharma-grade stainless steel casters.

36" long x 18" wide x 18" tall with center partition.

50-60L Removable Filter Cartridge Vessel

NMS custom fabricated HDPE 50-60L removable filter cartridge tank. Leading Innovative Products and Solutions (LPS, Inc.) worked with us on this system, making slight modifications to our 1st generation of this product that we feel improved the user-friendly design keeping in mind the customer's process requirements. The clamping system is completely tool-less.

PP Strainer Baskets

NMS custom fabricated strainer baskets made of polypropylene.  Commonly used to clean parts in a sodium hydroxide solution.

2 Double Sloped PP Soak Tanks

NMS custom fabricated double sloped polypropylene sodium hydroxide tanks.   Both are equipped with a 1.5" sanitary ferrule at each end of the tank to allow for complete drainage.

50L PP Non-Stackable Totes

NMS custom fabricated 50 liter non-stackable bag retainers made out of polypropylene for LPS.

250L PP Removable Vessel

NMS customized 250L polypropylene removable vessel, complete with two push/pull handles & a 2" aseptic outlet fitting located at the cone bottom.

Double Sloped PP Tank

NMS fabricated this sodium hydroxide soak tank for Leading Innovative Products & Solutions, Inc. (LPS).  The tank measures 48" long x 20" wide x 20" tall (not including added height from 4" polyurethane pharma-grade all-swivel casters).  The tank is divided into two separate sloped compartments for complete drainage through 1" sanitary fittings.

60L PE Cylindrical Cone Bottom Vessel with Removable Filter Cartridges

NMS received a request from LPS to custom fabricate a 60L polyethylene cylindrical cone bottom vessel.  The end user wanted a tool-less system to attach & remove filter cartridges.  The above photos show the finished product; the video below shows how our clamping design operates.

PP Test Station

Pictured above, a polypropylene Test Station NMS fabricated for a customer.  This unit was a remake of an original piece the customer already owned.  Dimensions are 8 inches long, 14 inches wide, 4 inches high, made out of 1/2" polypropylene sheet.

Non Metallic Solutions, Inc. would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone that attended yesterday's 2010 ISPE Boston Product Show at Gillette Stadium.  Thank you to the ISPE Boston Area Chapter for hosting & putting on one of the best bio-pharmaceutical exhibitions in the world.  A thank you is also deserved for Sam Fischer of LPS, who's dedication & commitment to NMS is 2nd to none!  NMS received a lot of positive & encouraging feedback in regards to our custom plastic fabrication & we were thrilled to launch our newest product into the bio-pharma market, NMS Pure Solutions.  For those of you who were not able to attend, below is the flyer distributed throughout the show.
