2L PP Hose Barb x Dip Tube Assembly

NMS custom fabricated dip tube assembly for a 2L polypropylene heavy duty bottle.  Two (2) custom machined 3mm hose barbs x pipe with bends acting as inlet/outlet, one (1) custom machined 6mm hose barb x pipe supporting ventilation, all welded on a USP Class VI polypropylene 2" end cap.  The 2L carboy was relieved of the screw cap and received an aseptically fusion welded 2" sanitary ferrule.

NMS custom fabricated 500 liter polypropylene mobile bag tote.  This unique tote has a slide gate and port access that securely interlocks with the bottom of the media bag.
