4L PP Bottle with 3" Ferrule

NMS custom fabricated 4 liter polypropylene USP Class VI bottle with 3" sanitary ferrule.  The 3" sanitary ferrule is fusion welded onto the bottle using our proprietary technique, creating an aseptic, crevice-free permanent bond.

PP Strainer Baskets

NMS custom fabricated strainer baskets made of polypropylene.  Commonly used to clean parts in a sodium hydroxide solution.

2 Double Sloped PP Soak Tanks

NMS custom fabricated double sloped polypropylene sodium hydroxide tanks.   Both are equipped with a 1.5" sanitary ferrule at each end of the tank to allow for complete drainage.

500L PP Bag Totes

NMS custom fabricated 500 liter polypropylene bag totes for one of our customers in Canada.  1" thick by 3" wide girth surrounds the tote.  Equipped with one push/pull handle and four pharmaceutical grade 4" polyurethane, stainless steel, swivel with tech lock and upper/lower grease seal casters.
