We've decided to give you an inside look at all of the exciting things happening at Non-Metallic Solutions, Inc.  Although we won't go into specifics about some of our customers and/or fabrication techniques, we will post updates and photos of our work.  Please visit often and enjoy!

Non-Metallic Solutions (NMS) specializes in plastic fabrication, standard thermoplastic tanks, as well as rotational molding (rotomolding) expertise. We opened our operation in Millbury, MA August 2006, and relocated to a new facility June 2009.  NMS employs over twenty years of plastic fabrication experience.

We primarily service the bio-pharma, pharmaceutical and medical markets, offering quality products such as USP Class VI polypropylene process vessels, standard or custom-designed mixing bag retainers, custom-machined manifolds, concentric reducers, and a wide range of optimum performance tubing, fittings, accessories and components.

NMS distinctly combines the quality finished products that you expect from a larger manufacturer and the excellent customer service, flexibility, and value that only a smaller company can provide. Past and present NMS bio-pharma clients have already discovered the quality and satisfaction we provide. Our mandatory use of USP Class VI-compliant Polypropylene weld rods and the fusion weld technique are just two examples of our commitment to product purity and aseptic design. We offer a full line of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) tanks ready to be configured in to your specified system component. We also offer accessories such as stainless steel (SS) mobile stands, non-metallic mobile stands, sanitary valves, and other specialty features for the bio-pharma market.
