NMS custom fabricated 200 liter rectangular mobile mixer, 26" x 26" x 25" tall with an overall height of 40". 

Modified Carboys into Cylindrical Vessels

NMS customized carboys, one 5 liter & one 10 liter, each includes:

• USP Class VI compliant polypropylene bolt-on lid
• USP Class VI compliant EPDM "O" ring style gasket & stainless steel hardware
• two (2) 1½" fusion & triple welded sanitary ferrules in lid for dip tube installation
• two (2) ¾" TC x ¾" pipe with 1½" TC dip tubes & custom 45° pipe bend at bottom
• two (2) ¾" sanitary ferrules, one installed in center of lid & one installed near bottom of vessel
• polypropylene support stand with 4" elevation

Custom PP USP Class VI Dip Tubes

NMS custom dip tubes that are fabricated out of USP Class VI polypropylene; 3" sanitary end cap with two mini TC's x 10mm tubing bent and cut to customer requirements.

350L PP Bag Tote

NMS custom fabricated prototype of a 350L polypropylene bag retainer designed to fit on a scale.  Custom mobile base has a clipped corner for access to peristaltic pump.  Proprietary gusseting technique provides stability, strength and durability.
