50-60L Removable Filter Cartridge Vessel

NMS custom fabricated HDPE 50-60L removable filter cartridge tank. Leading Innovative Products and Solutions (LPS, Inc.) worked with us on this system, making slight modifications to our 1st generation of this product that we feel improved the user-friendly design keeping in mind the customer's process requirements. The clamping system is completely tool-less.

Mobile Manifold Cart

NMS custom fabricated refrigerator white ½" polypropylene bag filling cart.  A peristaltic pump will be used to fill media bags that will rest on the shelves.

Clean Room Dolly with Stabilizers

NMS custom fabricated polypropylene dolly using ¾" sheet, 1½" bar stock and 3" pharma-grade stainless steel swivel casters.  Our customer needed a safe and stable method of transporting a filled 200L HDPE tank.

180° "U" Bent PP USP Class VI Dip Tubes

Leading Innovative Products & Solutions (LPS) has a customer that needed a USP Class VI polypropylene dip tube with a 180° "U" bend.  The tubing is 10mm with a mini TC at the top end, 48" long after the bend and is completed with a 30° angled cut at the opposite end of the dip tube.  NMS is custom fabricating single-use USP Class VI polypropylene dip tubes on a regular basis; please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@nonmetallicsolutions.com for a quote on any style dip tube that your process may require.
