Custom Fabricated PE Tank


Pictured above is one of two custom fabricated polyethylene tanks NMS built for a customer.  This particular unit is considered a "right hand" tank, made from ¼" HDPE, with an outside dimension of 24" x 18" x 18" complete with one (1) ¾" threaded coupling & three (3) ½" threaded couplings.

110L PP Removable Vessel

NMS fabricated polypropylene 110L cone bottom cylindrical product contact vessel.  The tank section is completely removable from the four legged stand for autoclaving purposes.  A 2" crevice free outlet fitting is located at the bottom of the vessel.

NMS custom fabricated 110L polypropylene USP Class VI "product contact" vessel, equipped with:
- two (2) 0.75" welded sanitary connections installed in 0.50" polypropylene lid
- one (1) 0.375" o-ring style EPDM USP Class VI compliant gasket
- one (1) 2" welded sanitary connection installed in center of cone bottom
- one (1) polypropylene diaphragm valve with EPDM seals
- one (1) push/pull handle
- stainless steel hardware

Custom Fabricated Blocks

NMS customer requested a large quantity of blocks made out of refrigerator white polypropylene.  Blocks measure 18" x 2" x 1" and 13.875" x 2" x 1".  Each block is made to precise measurements, no CNC equipment needed.

NMS Customized Carboys



USP Class VI polypropylene custom carboys complete with:

  • 1½" TC sidewall fitting (Profax 7823)
  • 3" TC access port (Profax 7823)
  • 3" polysulfone transparent end cap
  • polysulfone TC connections. 
NMS built these carboys for a customer that had specific dimensions rather than volume requirements.  These units were single-use, and after receiving the first three for "trial," additional units were ordered soon thereafter.

Double Sloped PP Tank

NMS fabricated this sodium hydroxide soak tank for Leading Innovative Products & Solutions, Inc. (LPS).  The tank measures 48" long x 20" wide x 20" tall (not including added height from 4" polyurethane pharma-grade all-swivel casters).  The tank is divided into two separate sloped compartments for complete drainage through 1" sanitary fittings.

60L PE Cylindrical Cone Bottom Vessel with Removable Filter Cartridges

NMS received a request from LPS to custom fabricate a 60L polyethylene cylindrical cone bottom vessel.  The end user wanted a tool-less system to attach & remove filter cartridges.  The above photos show the finished product; the video below shows how our clamping design operates.

PP Test Station

Pictured above, a polypropylene Test Station NMS fabricated for a customer.  This unit was a remake of an original piece the customer already owned.  Dimensions are 8 inches long, 14 inches wide, 4 inches high, made out of 1/2" polypropylene sheet.

Conceptual Drawing > Custom Fabricated Product


NMS received the top drawing via facsimile from LPS and was asked to fabricate a polypropylene rinse bin based on that drawing.  This sketch is not typical of original concept drawings NMS receives, but shows how an idea can transform into actual product.  The bottom three pictures are of the finished rinse bin.
