Custom Polypropylene TFF Skid

The photos in the album below illustrate a manual Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) system with a disposable flow path strategically mounted on a custom fabricated polypropylene cart.   Key features include:

• Easy to clean plastic cart designed for user convenience with integral sensor and display mounts.
• Flow path layout designed to minimize holdup volume. Custom flow paths available upon request.
• Calibrated pressure transducers supplied with each flow path.  Temperature and conductivity available upon request.
• Non fluid contact precision retentate valve permanently mounted.
• Optional holders available, process scale (as shown) and lab scale.

Secondary Containment For Heat Exchanger

Mobile Manifold Cart

NMS custom fabricated refrigerator white ½" polypropylene bag filling cart.  A peristaltic pump will be used to fill media bags that will rest on the shelves.

Custom Fabricated Blocks

NMS customer requested a large quantity of blocks made out of refrigerator white polypropylene.  Blocks measure 18" x 2" x 1" and 13.875" x 2" x 1".  Each block is made to precise measurements, no CNC equipment needed.
