NMS custom fabricated 10 gallon removable HDPE tank.  1½" welded sanitary ferrule installed in cone bottom center, 7” diameter opening for stirrer, 3” welded sanitary ferrule installed in cover & 3” end cap with three (3) mini TC x 10mm pipe bent 90ยบ above cover & 135° below cover.

1000L Mobile Bag Tote

NMS custom fabricated 1000L polypropylene bag tote. 3 girths for added strength, 5 swivel (2 locking) stainless steel, bio-pharma grade 6" polyurethane casters mounted to the underside of a sloped bottom for complete drainage.

80G HDPE Tank with 3/4" PP Dolly

NMS custom fabricated integrated tank & dolly system.  Dolly is  ¾" natural polypropylene with four 10" locating posts & five stainless steel, pharma grade, all swivel casters spaced according to scale requirement.  HDPE tank received four vertical custom handles paired 180° apart.

350L PP Bag Tote - Revised

A couple of weeks ago, we posted this photo of a NMS prototype polypropylene bag tote per the customer's conceptual drawing:
After the customer received the tote & had the opportunity to use it in the required setting, some changes needed to be made along with the addition of extra options.  Below are photos of the completed tote, built to changes in the order:
Redesigned base and leg configuration
3 bag viewing windows made out of polycarbonate were added
Handles on every side were added for pushing/pulling along with a keyed access port for bag adjustments
